蝙蝠洞是DST在洞穴中独有的物体。它会产生蝙蝠，使它们在游戏洞穴中可再生。

蝙蝠洞时会每20秒产生一只蝙蝠，最多4个。蝙蝠全部死亡后蝙蝠洞需要2分钟才能重生单个蝙蝠。

跟洞口一样，黄昏和晚上时蝙蝠才会离开蝙蝠洞。如果玩家靠近，即使是白天蝙蝠也会离开洞穴。
