A full stomach for most characters is measured at 150, except for [[Wolfgang]]'s which is 300, [[WX-78]]'s which is initially 100 and can be upgraded to 200, and [[Wes]]' which is 113. 飢餓 (Hunger) 是遊戲的主要概念之一,用來測量遊戲角色是否正在挨餓 (與遊戲名稱意思相同,別挨餓)。大部分角色的滿腹數值為150,例外有Wolfgang的300上限,WX-78的起始100上限可升級至200上限,及Wes的113上限。飢餓值每分鐘會減少9.375 (Wes為11.71875,Wolfgang正常狀態為14.0625、強勢狀態為28.125) 或每個遊戲天減少75點 (Wes為93.75,Wolfgang正常狀態為112.5、強壯狀態為225)。裝備飢餓腰帶時,飢餓減少的速度會比平常減慢60%,裝備熊皮背心時,飢餓減少速度會減慢75%。
