铁巨人

铁巨人 是猪镇DLC独有的生物。它以大型铁巨人解体后的头部，肋骨，手臂和腿的形式出现。

在玩家第一次发现时，铁巨人将被苔藓和树叶覆盖，大概是因为它们已经被废置了很长一段时间。当用十字镐开采时，它们会被激活并攻击玩家或附近的任何目标。它们也可以被闪电激活，这使会它们更长时间地被激活。在大灾变期间，铁巨人将不断激活。

有六个不同的部分：头部，肋骨，两条腿和两条手臂。手臂和肋骨是迄今为止最具破坏性的一种，因为它们会射出巨大的激光束，直线会引发小爆炸，造成巨大的伤害，如果没有装备护甲，可以立即杀死玩家。这些激光束还会使目标着火。头部和腿部将进行粉碎攻击，它们将跳跃到目标并坠落，进行小型范围攻击，也会射出激光束，如果实体更接近于攻击中心，则会进行连续攻击。

但是，玩家可以通过反复开采来获得铁矿。由于铁巨人的攻击识别系统只能在开始攻击时才会锁定玩家位置，因此铁巨人可以在处于活动状态时偶尔被玩家开采。

当某一个部件运动到另一个休眠的部件附近，即使此时它已经耗尽能量要休眠，也会再“激活”（不攻击）移动到休眠的部件上并与之合体，开采这个合体部件会使它解体，并激活其中的每一个部件。

大型铁巨人 是一个头目级怪物。这是玩家激活每个肢体（包括一个头部、一个躯干、两个腿、两个手）并将它们带到同一个地方的结果。一旦最后一块与其它已合体的五个部分拼接，大型铁巨人将立即醒来，战斗将会开始。大型铁巨人有各式各样的攻击：

以铁巨人为中心向周围发射3-5个地雷，靠近将激活地雷并在一秒后爆炸；
向玩家以较短的攻击间隔投掷激光球，光球不会像椰树人投掷的椰子那样显示阴影因此无法预判落点。仅在距离铁巨人较远时使用；
高速旋转一周并发射激光；
震击地面并在铁巨人周围形成一圈玄武砖岩困住玩家。
近战攻击：张开大嘴向前击碎目标；
短距离传送，落地时会摧毁玄武岩墙。

在死亡后，大型铁巨人将会爆炸，所有的铁巨人肢体将会随机炸飞到其当前所处的岛屿的各处，头部则直接掉落在死亡地点。所有地雷和玄武砖岩都将保留在原来的地方，直到被摧毁。大型铁巨人将掉落2~4个齿轮，2~6个铁矿，6~7个注铁，以及活体神器蓝图。

建议先开采肋骨。虽然他们造成的伤害最大，但他们的攻击最容易被闪躲。肋骨有较长的攻击间隔，允许玩家在不躲避攻击的情况下进行更长时间的开采肋骨。
发现铁巨人的生物群系通常在雷鸟旁边。这可能导致铁巨人被闪电击中，导致铁巨人被激活并经常对附近的建筑造成严重破坏。
雷鸟不会远离铁巨人，因此雷鸟被击杀时会着火，掉落的雷霆羽毛也会被烧成灰烬。
肋骨和手臂可以在近战范围内用激光攻击，即使它们只是在射程范围内进行攻击。在激活前开采铁巨人的肢体要小心。
传送法杖和传送焦点可作为快速的运输方式，以紫宝石和理智为代价将铁巨人的肢体收集到所需位置。拼合过后的铁巨人肢体以一次传送即可完成运输。
由于大型铁巨人死亡后其各肢体与头部组件不会隔岛刷新，所以将其传送到最小的四岛后再击杀能为之后的拼合提供很多方便。

肋骨和手臂的激光类似于多人版饥荒冬季盛宴活动中的鹿角怪。
铁巨人的lua文件为它提供了一个信息表，并且有未实现的信息，例如：铁巨人的生命。它的健康状况定为1000，战利品包括铁矿和齿轮。
根据Rhymes with Play＃213，铁巨人的创造者是一个秘密。
铁巨人的攻击不会伤害远古先驱，但几乎可以伤害任何其他东西，甚至暗影生物。
在自定义世界菜单中，它们被称为"生锈的铁巨人"。
目前，被大型铁巨人杀死的玩家在死亡记录里的死因为“恶作剧”。
在早前版本，躯干被用作所有类型铁巨人的地图图标。
大型铁巨人在猪镇DLC更新路线图的论坛帖子中首次被戏弄。 ^[1] 它于2019年4月18日正式添加到早期访问测试的分支。
Klei将铁巨人描述为“仍然被遗忘的陷入长期战争中的孤独哨兵”.^[2]
如果铁巨人的肢体和大型铁巨人用代码一起生成，它们将互相残杀。
铁巨人（以及鹿角怪，蜘蛛女王，熊獾，蜻蜓龙，旋风海豹，复活骸骨和暴怒的克劳斯）拥有每分钟-400理智的疯狂光环。
