藤蔓（Viney Bushes）是船難DLC中一種能夠在叢林生物群落中找到的植物。藤蔓能夠通過砍刀來收穫一個藤條。藤蔓的生長週期為 4 天。
有些藤蔓包含了蛇的居所。當這種情況出現時，或者嘗試去砍伐藤蔓，蛇會生成並且攻擊驚擾者。另外，蛇會在黃昏離開蛇居藤蔓，整個晚上在附近遊蕩直到清晨回到他們的窩。擁有蛇患的藤蔓會在接近時發出嘶嘶聲並且週期性的晃動，來將它們和普通的藤蔓區分開來。每一個蛇居藤蔓最多包括 3 個蛇。如果一條或更多的蛇被殺死，一條新的蛇會在每 90 秒內重生。
藤蔓能夠被鏟子鏟起並且在其他地方重新種植。被玩家種下的藤蔓將不會再生成蛇。種植藤蔓需要施肥來成長。
