使用它，可以使角色在一瞬间消除中暑状态，并大幅降低角色温度并且在一定时间范围内减缓温度的升高。每摇拂一次羽扇，会使角色的体温下降50°C，当体温值降致2.5°C时，道具不会再使体温降下去。
-效果具有【AOE】，因此该物品可以用于扑灭大片火焰。
-会熄灭一切明火，晚上在【营火 】旁使用时需格外注意。
