毒池(Poisonous Holes)是船難DLC中會出現在沼澤生態環境的自然生成物。
毒池大約每 3.5 秒就會釋放有毒的瓦斯雲，如果玩家或任何生物靠得太近的話便會中毒。玩家可以裝備防毒面具以避免中毒。角色 WX-78 因為對毒免疫所以他並不需要防毒面具的保護。
當使用鏟子將毒池鏟起時，它會在過程中被破壞而且有各 50% 的機率會掉毒腺或腐爛物。一旦毒池被鏟起，它便不會再次生成。
