The W.A.R.B.I.S. Head Gear is a craftable Armor exclusive to Don't Starve Together, introduced in the From Beyond updates. It requires 8 Scrap, 3 Electrical Doodads, and 1 Enlightened Shard to craft after learning the rare Blueprint that has a chance to drop from hammering Abandoned Junk.

The W.A.R.B.I.S. Head Gear has a Durability of 730 (over twice as durable as a Log Suit), and absorbs 85% of all physical damage and flat 5 Planar Damage.

Wearing and fighting with it will analyze a single target and increase the attack damage of the wearer over time up to a maximum of +20% damage after a period of 20 seconds. Note this only increase physical damage and does not affect planar damage from a weapon. This bonus will be reset after attacking a different target or walking too far away from the current target. An overlay called Dramatically Update Diagramm (D.U.D.) over the target will show the analysis process.

The W.A.R.B.I.S. Head Gear can be combined with the W.A.R.B.I.S. Armor to get additional speed boost. The Armor will get synced with the current stage of the Head Gear within a few seconds, shown through waves at the top of the diagram, so the speed boost can be obtained without an additional analysis. When taking off the Head Gear, the current state of the Analysis will remain.

When the W.A.R.B.I.S. Head Gear's durability reaches 0%, it will not break, but instead can no longer be equipped until repaired. Using an Auto-Mat-O-Chanic will restore the durability to 100%.

Prototype Tips[]

  • Due to requiring an Enlightened Shard, if the first Enlightened Crown is not deconstructed, a player would have to re-fight the Celestial Champion again to obtain this helmet. The same also applies to the Armor.
  • Due to gaining damage over time when fighting a single target, the helmet is extremely useful against Boss Monsters, especially those that do not summon minions.

Placeholder Trivia[]

  • W.A.R.B.I.S. Head Gear was introduced in the Host of Horrors update.
  • Its name may be a play on word as a literal gear on the head. (Normally, the word is written as "headgear")
  • W.A.R.B.I.S. may refer to J.A.R.V.I.S., the AI of Ironman from Marvel Comics.
