Cooked Cacti, and why I love them

Cacti can be picked in Desert Biomes and cooked over a campfire. Cooking them gets rid of the health penalty, and gives plenty of sanity, health and hunger. In my opinion, it's a pretty underrated food item that deserves more recognition.
