Hello. Well, I always think of random mobs and items to be put in the game. Well, here goes:
Crocodile/Alligator men (Gator men)[]
Swamps 20% of the time will have crocodile/alligator men who will be aggressive to each other, but won't kill each other. They are aggressive unless fed meats, then will become neutral. If fed more meat, they will become your friend. They have double the friendship time of pigs. Much stronger than pigs. Upon killing you get 1-2 Rough skin and 5+ sanity.
Backstory[]
Old storys say Gator men are human spirits in a different body. They are aggressive because the spirits are unhappy of their death and mad at all things still alive.
Rough Skin[]
Gathered from Gator men. Used in a Gatorpack.
Gatorpack[]
Made from 4 Rough skin and 2 Mix-Matched Marbles, and has 20 slots. Slows your character a lot, but a very tough armor, and increases hit points.
Wednesday[]
Wednesday is Wilson's wife and at 20 sanity she will appear to Wilson and say things like "Wilson?" while crying and seeming to be looking for him. But she will not look at you. While the hallucinations kill you she will finally be able to see you and will reach out to you and scream. If you die she will fight the hallucinations. (Most likely dying)

Worth 5 gold nuggets.
Apple Tree[]
In Grasslands you can find Apple Trees which provide Apples. 10% chance of spawning.
More Bones[]
more bones, which could be good signs of nearby Hounds
Canda[]
Mix of a panda and a cat, acts like Chester except not a chest. Gives lots of sanity (insanity from lonliness) 3.2 + per minute stays for 5 days. Not much health, but like Chester, regenerates 1.8 + per minute.
Berry bush Trap[]
Berry bushes that have a slight difference in appearance but act like wormholes and take you to a new part in the world. Decreases 10 health and 20 sanity. Adds +10 hunger. Have a 5% of spawning. Can be dug up and underneath will be a Vile Wormhole.
Vile Wormhole[]
Can be found digging up a Berry bush Trap. Are the same as Wormholes but are worse for your stats and red in appearance. They deduct 10 health and 20 sanity, but add 10 hunger because your character loses his/her apetite. Found without a Berry bush Trap over it in caves.
Multiplayer[]
What else to say? Multiplayer Don't Starve!!! EDIT: I TOTALLY CALLED THAT! (Don't Starve Together's out)
