Long time ago, I suggested and made articles called "hostile creatures", "neutral creatures", "passive creatures" and that was ok. I also made "flying creatures" but it seems that it caused confusion. When I say "flying" I'm talking about creatures that can fly through/over walls, like bees, batilisks, butterflies and so on. Birds do not fly through/over walls, but they are still "flying creatures". I understand the logic behind that but that was not my intention at that time. Should this be changed? Since mobs like birds and buzzards only fly up rather than actually fly over structures?
I can understand where the intent was, but with the name "flying creatures", anything that appears to fly is bound to get added. In this case it's not really all that important, since one can argue that they indeed can fly over walls, but they do it offscreen. For things that appear to fly but actually cannot cross barriers I agree.
Thanks for clearing that up. I was just imagining if a new player came and thought to himself "Why is there an article about flying creatures? How are they different than others?" and he couldn't figure out they pass through walls beceause birds are also listed in there. But then thousand more would ask why are birds not in "flying creatures" so yeah, I see your point.
