For example: You are discussing some theorys on... let's say... Slender Man Wiki, and your using the wrong word, which us usally used for some delicate content, then I... eh, the User... would get a automatical ban for six months.
They were technacly right to ban me. I assumed this word would not result in my ban, since I used it for serious and topic relatet content. But sadly this thing went automaticly off and banned me.
As you said, it was a mistake, but not of my choise of words, than my missing abillitys of judging the situation.
Anyway, the time of my punishment is over this month. I will just pay more attention to what I say...
Still, they overreacted. They even banned an other user for quoting me.... eh... the user.

So basically its very sensitive? If it gets activated we better have a page for the rules for it so if people get banned they only have themselves to blame.
It sounds to me like it's something that the admins can tweak themselves, so we'd probably set it such that you don't have to walk on eggshells. We'd probably also set the auto-ban time to be pretty short, considering Anemic is fond of the 3 day ban length.
In the event that there's an honest mistake, the auto-ban could be undone. Let's say someone says the phrase "The pen is mightier than the sword", and forgets the space between the words "pen" and "is". It would clearly have been a mistake, so they'd just appeal it and get unbanned.
You can also make it so it only "tags" certain events so in the case of someone does something "special". LIke if their were a way to make a abusefilter keyword that avoided it, the abusefilter could still tag who used the keyword in case someone was abusing it.
Unregistered user, or an "IP".
Basically anyone that isnt registered to the Wiki/isnt logged into their account.
