The Ro Bin Gizzard Stone is an Item exclusive to the Hamlet DLC that spawns from the hatched Stone Egg along with Ro Bin. As long as the Gizzard Stone is in the player's Inventory, the Ro Bin will always follow them, similar to the Eye Bone attracting Chester.
