Stuffed Eggplant is a Vegetable Food Item cooked in the Crock Pot by adding at least 1 Eggplant and 1 Vegetable. It takes 40 seconds to cook.
Adding 1 Mandrake will result in Mandrake Soup, while adding 2 Monster Foods will result in Monster Lasagna. Unless Meats are added, adding 1 Butterfly Wings or 1 Dragon Fruit may result in Butter Muffin or Dragonpie respectively. Adding Frog Legs may result in Froggle Bunwich.
Stuffed Eggplant restores far less Health than a raw Eggplant, but also restores 50% more Hunger and takes much longer to rot.

In all DLCs, Stuffed Eggplants increase the player's perceived temperature by 40 degrees for 5 seconds when consumed.
In the Hamlet DLC, they can be bought for 4 Oincs at The Sterling Trough Deli.
