Steel Wool is an Item obtained by killing a Ewecus. It is a major crafting ingredient of the War Saddle and the Brush. It can also be burned, providing the same burn time as a Log. In Don't Starve Together, Steel Wool is required to adopt an Ewelet at the Rock Den.
