The Spelunker's Bridge Kit is an item exclusive to Don't Starve Together, introduced in the From Beyond updates.
It can be prototyped at an Alchemy Engine for 4 Boards and 2 Rope. It allows you to build a bridge in the Caves across the Abyss, up to 6 tiles long. In order to build bridges of more than 1 tile, you must have the necessary amounts of Spelunker's Bridge Kit within the same stack in your inventory.
The bridge cannot be built in the Atrium, Labyrinth, or Ancient Archive biomes.
Once placed, the bridge acts as normal ground and cannot be damaged by anything except Earthquakes. Each bridge has 200 Health, and each Earthquake reduces its health by 50. This damage can be prevented with Reinforced Support Pillars. If a bridge is destroyed, all items on it will fall into the Abyss and are lost. Players on a destroyed bridge will be sent back to the nearest land.
The bridge can be repaired by anything that can repair Boats, such as Twigs, Logs, Boards, Living Logs, Boat Patches, and Driftwood Pieces, restoring the same amount of health as with Boats.
While on a bridge, Depths Worms and Great Depths Worms cannot reach the player.
