Slingshot Ammo is a Character-specific Item craftable only by Walter in the Slingshot Ammo Tab. It is used exclusively with the Trusty Slingshot. There is a variety of ammo with different effects. All of them sink in the ocean.

The Melty Marbles Trinket can also be used as ammo. It deals 59.5 damage but cannot be crafted.

They're not the best, but they'll work.

Walter

Gold Rounds[]

These rounds are golden! Literally!

Walter

Gold Rounds deal 34 damage, the equivalent of a Spear. 10 of them can be crafted for 1 Golden Nugget and require a Science Machine to prototype.

Marbles[]

Walter Portrait.png
I wish they weren't so hard to find!

Walter

Marbles deal 51 damage, the equivalent of a Tentacle Spike. 10 of them can be crafted for 1 Marble and require an Alchemy Engine to prototype.

Poop Pellets[]

Gross... but a distraction is a distraction.

Walter

Poop Pellets deal no damage, but they force mobs other than Bosses to lose aggro on their target. 10 of them can be crafted for 1 Manure and require a Science Machine to prototype.

Freeze Rounds[]

Almost as chilling as my favourite radio shows!

Walter

Freeze Rounds deal no damage, but they freeze the target equivalent to two hits from an Ice Staff. 10 of them can be crafted for 1 Moon Rock and 1 Blue Gem and require a Prestihatitator to prototype.

Slow-Down Rounds[]

That should slow them down!

Walter

Slow-Down Rounds deal 17 damage, the same as pebbles, and slow down the target by a third for 30 seconds. 10 of them can be crafted for 1 Moon Rock and 1 Purple Gem and require a Shadow Manipulator to prototype.

Cursed Rounds[]

Shadow magic is pretty handy, I see why the Ancients liked it!

Walter

Cursed Rounds deal 51 damage, the same as marbles, and have a 50% chance to summon Shadow Tentacles on hit. 10 of them can be crafted for 1 Nightmare Fuel and 1 Thulecite Fragments and require an Ancient Pseudoscience Station to craft. They cannot be prototyped.
