The Screw Thing is one of the Things in the Shipwrecked DLC. It is the Shipwrecked version of the Box Thing. It can be used on the Wooden Platform Thing to create a portal to another Shipwrecked world.
It spawns naturally in the world in its own Set Piece. The Screw Thing is surrounded by some Limestone Walls as well as Grass Tufts and a Fishing Rod lies next to it. There may also be a Wildbore House in the set piece.
