Powdercake is a Vegetable food item cooked in a Crock Pot by combining a Honey, a Corn (or Popcorn) and Twigs. It takes 10 seconds to cook. It restores 0 hunger and sanity and damages a small amout of health. It can't be used as a bait for traps or to befriend a Bunnyman or Pig making it almost useless. The Powdercake cannot be spoiled until 18750 days after it's crafting, making it almost impossible to spoil. Feeding it to pigs does still result in Manure, but is very inefficient, making Corn a better choice to feed to Pigs.

• This item is a reference to the Twitch.tv broadcaster Mike Perez (AKA RiptidePow) on whose channel Pre-Alpha Caves gameplay was first showcased.^{[Verification Needed]}
• The Powdercake is extremely similar to the Twinkie which is not good for you. There is a common urban legend claiming that they do not spoil, which is completely untrue. Even though twinkies are comprised of partly preservatives, artificial ingredients, and chemicals, they are stated to have a shelf life of 25 days. However, they will stay intact without rotting and losing too much flavor for over 30 years.
• In-game they have little use since they do not confer any benefit to the character, even if they last basically forever. So crafting it is almost always a bad idea.
