When consumed, it restores 40 , 37.5 and 5 .
Adding 2 Monster Foods will result in Monster Lasagna. Adding 1 Mandrake will result in Mandrake Soup. Adding 1 Twig will result in Kabobs.
Using Pepper as the vegetable or filler will instead result in Stuffed Pepper Poppers.

- During the Pig Fiesta event in the Hamlet DLC, Pierogi takes on a more festive appearance, resembling a Steamed Dumpling.
- In Poland, "Pierogi" is a dish similar to the Asian dumplings. The Pierogi image in the Don't Starve game files is called "perogies" (another try on pierogi), but the in-game item is based on the polish version of the dish.
