The Ominous Carving is a structure exclusive to the Hamlet DLC. When the Magic Water is taken from the Fountain of Youth, the Pugalisk will spawn from the Ominous Carving. After the Pugalisk leaves the carving, the carving will close.^{[Verification Needed]}
