No-Eyed Deer are neutral animals exclusive to Don't Starve Together, introduced in A New Reign. They will run away from the player if they approach, and will attack back should a player successfully hit one, similar to Koalefants. No-Eyed Deer will help each other in combat in the same way Beefalo help each other when attacked.
