Mushy Cake is a Goodies Food Item recipe exclusive to Don't Starve Together, introduced in Return of Them. It is cooked in the Crock Pot by adding 1 Moon Shroom, 1 Red Cap, 1 Green Cap and 1 Blue Cap. Any recipe without the four different mushrooms will result in Ratatouille. It takes 20 seconds to cook and 15 Days to Spoil.
When consumed, it restores 25 
and 10 
and increases the Sleep Resistance from 10 to 33.3 seconds for 1 Day.

- The Mushy Cake was introduced in the Forgotten Knowledge update.
- The Mushy Cake and Grim Galette are the only dishes in that have only one possible recipe.
- Wendy's quote is likely a reference to the Super Mushroom and Mini Mushroom from the Super Mario series, the former making Mario grow in size and the latter, shrinking him. It could also be in part a reference to Alice in Wonderland's 'Eat Me' cake and 'Drink Me' potion.
