The Mosquito Sack is the blood-storing sac of Mosquitoes, with a 50% chance to drop upon its death.
Mosquito Sacks can be used to transfuse blood, restoring 8 to the player or other mobs, like Spider Gland. Also like Spider Gland, Mosquito Sacks are flammable and can be set alight.

Yellow Mosquito Sacks were introduced in the Shipwrecked DLC. They are dropped by Poison Mosquitoes and restore 20 upon use.
Don't Starve Together[]
In Don't Starve Together, two Mosquito Sacks and an Ice can be used to craft four Water Balloons. Alternatively, Mosquito Sacks can be filled at Ponds, giving the player a single Water Balloon.
