Moonlens are Don't Starve Together A New Reignexclusive items. They are made by placing a Gem on a Cratered Moonrock socket, similar to Purple Gems on a Telelocator Focus.

When dropped on ground, they will appear on the Map for everyone in that world, serving to as a marker.

In case of the Yellow Moonlens, it's also used for crafting the Ocuvigil.
