Moonlenses are items excusive to Don't Starve Together, introduced in the A New Reign. They are created by placing a Gem on a Cratered Moonrock socket, similar to placing Purple Gems on a Telelocator Focus.
When dropped on ground, they will appear on the Map for everyone in that world, serving as a marker.
In case of the Purple and Blue Moonlens, it is also used for crafting the Ocuvigil and Moon Dial.
