Moonlenses are items excusive to Don't Starve Together, introduced in the A New Reign DLC. They are created by placing a Gem on a Cratered Moonrock socket, similar to placing Purple Gems on a Telelocator Focus.
When dropped on ground, they will appear on the Map for everyone in that world, serving as a marker.
In case of the Purple Moonlens, it is also used for crafting the Ocuvigil.

Trivia
- Prior to A Little Fixer Upper update, Moonlens had a different texture, being purely white with no shading.
