The Milkmade Hat is an item exclusive to Don't Starve Together, introduced in Return of Them. It is obtained by cooking 1 raw Naked Nostrils, 1 raw Kelp Fronds, 1 Dairy, and due to its high priority any filler except Collected Dust. It takes 40 seconds to cook and will only perish while equipped.
It restores 3.9 
every 5 seconds for a total of 187.5 over 4 minutes at the cost of 1.33 
/minute (Wurt instead receives 1.33 /minute).
Despite being a crock pot dish, it cannot be put in Warly's Portable Seasoning Station. Wigfrid will refuse to equip it. Spore bombs thrown by Toadstool can reduce its perish time.
