I saw them just now. I also saw you did some incomplete just now in an article which I added the instructional template :P.
And I just saw your wikibreak in your Profile just now. :P
I didn't know many of them. I tried, and failed, to use the oppose in the discussion in the forums just the other day, but that's part of life I guess :P.
Also, I'm trying not to use them on purpose right now xD
Alright. I did delete one that was offensive, (which contained swear). From now on I shall only remind people not to do so.
PS: Though I did not delete those comments because they were old. I did so because I see they did not contribute to much, but I shall leave them be just the same.
Eh, dirty jokes... so long they're not explicit with the kind of the single letter words... Or if people don't get too annoyed...
I mean, if I were to look at all the old comments after these profanities I'd have to review the whole history of the Wiki. That doesn't sound very productive IMO. But if I were only to policy the new ones, then I might be able to do some work on the articles and keep tabs on what is being newly produced...
I agree. Much of what we see here are small, disconnected comments. Therefore, were I to delete all such comments I might as well forbid people to comment.
Which is why I do not see any reason to keep deleting comments. Only those which significantly disturb the rules (Profanities, serious spam, gratuitous rudeness, so on, so on.) Therefore, I shall restraint my self to that which might disturb people and keep reminding people to avoid replying to comments older than 2 weeks, and absolutely try to avoid to reply to comments older than a month.
I think it's not necessary to remind users replying comment older than a month. Because according to the new Rules and consensus among admins, users are not encouraged to reply comments older than 3 months.
