The log is an basic building material that is used for many things in the game. Logs can be refined to become Planks which open up for more building opportunities.

Logs are used for making:

Campfire - 3 Cut grass 2 Logs

Firepit - 2 Logs 12 Rocks

Advanced farmplot - 8 Cut grass 10 Manure 8 Logs

Logsuit - 8 Logs 4 Rope

Planks - 6 Logs

Log are dropped from chopped down trees. Pinecones will also drop dependant on how large the tree is. More logs drop based on how large the tree is also.

The log is a early game item that should be sought after right away.
