Knobbly Trees are Plants exclusive to Don't Starve Together and introduced in the Waterlogged beta. Unlike most trees, they do not drop seeds upon being chopped. Instead, Great Tree Trunks drop a Knobbly Tree Nut after being rammed into by a boat. A Knobbly Tree Nut can be taken out of the water using a Pinchin' Winch, and can be placed back on the Pinchin' Winch to drop back into the water. After spending about 3 days in the water, it will grow into a knobby tree's first stage. At it's normal stage, Tree Jam can be used to enrich it. After being enriched, it becomes goopy and can not be enriched for another 4 days. Enriching it 3-4 times will cause it to become a Great Tree Trunk.
