Kabobs are a Meat Food item created in the Crock Pot by adding any meat and no more than 1 Twigs. It takes 40 seconds to cook it.

It should be noted that putting more than 1 Monster Meat will result in Wet Goop, instead of Monster Lasagna.

Replacing the twig with nearly any other food item will result in Meatballs, which provides the same health and sanity but 25 more hunger, 25 seconds faster.  Kabobs are therefore best made when you have an abundance of meat and time/Crock Pots, as well as the need to stretch your filler ingredients.  

For example: 2 Meatballs can be made from 2 Monster Meat and 6 filler, providing 125 Hunger, 10 Sanity and 6 Health.  3 Kabobs can be made from the same ingredients, plus three twigs and a Monster Meat, restoring 112.5 Hunger, 15 Sanity and 9 Health.  The Health and Sanity Benefits are marginal and should be weighed against your supply of twigs and Monster Meat (usually in abundance).  The Kabobs will require 40 seconds to the Meatballs' 30 seconds on one Crock Pot, so you should have several available to parallelize your cooking if you choose to go this route.
