The Infused Moon Shard is an item exclusive to Don't Starve Together, introduced in the Return of Them update.
They are used to upgrade the Lunar Siphonator into its second and complete stages, which is needed for summoning Celestial Champion. The second stage requires 10 shards, while to complete it requires 20. They can be obtained via mining the randomly spawned Charged Glassy Rock in the Moonstorm. Celestial Champion will also drops 6-12 infused shards upon its death.
After 12 minutes they will "spoil" and leave behind regular Moon Shards.

Trivia[]
- The Infused Moon Shard was introduced in the Eye of the Storm update.
- When it first introduced, this item only took 90 seconds to spoil into Moon Glass. Its fast spoil time encouraged players to have some Bundling Wrap handy, as getting to the Lunar Island within 90 seconds was virtually impossible without teleportation. This was changed in the October 2021 QoL update.
