Hail falls during storms in the Hurricane Season. It Can be eaten to restore hunger and health. Hail can not be used in place of Ice for crafting. When eaten, it reduces the character's body temperature by 40 degrees for 7.5 seconds.

Useful as a filler in many Crock Pot recipes.
