Gummy Slug is an Food Item exclusive to the Hamlet DLC. It can most often be found under Stone Slabs. Eating it raw or cooked will restore Hunger, but at the cost of Sanity loss.
With 2 Gummy Slugs however, it is possible to cook a Gummy Cake in the Crock Pot, which will also reduce the Sanity of the player, but restore a lot more Hunger.
