The Gnarwail Horn is an Item exclusive to Don't Starve Together, introduced in Return of Them. It is dropped by Gnarwails upon death or when attacking its horn or breaking Sunken Chest.
The Gnarwail Horn can be used to create two Waves in the Ocean or to craft the Strident Trident.
