Endothermic Fire

The Endothermic Fire is a craftable structure found in the Reign of Giants DLC. It serves as a counterpart to the Campfire, the differences being that instead of warming the player, it cools them down, and it is unable to cook food. It was created to help the player deal with the new overheating mechanic.

Endothermic Fire Pit

The Endothermic Fire Pit serves as the permanent version of the Endothermic Fire, and cooling counterpart of the Fire Pit.Endothermic Fires can be fueled by Logs, Twigs, and other materials that can be used on normal fire. In addition, it can also be fueled with Nitre.

Tips

• If Summer, this is usefull if you are staying at your base so you dont over heat, But if Traviling Using a Ice Cube would be better.
• In Summer if it is dusk, you still gain temperature , and get over heated.
