“I'm rich!”
Dubloons are an alternative way to obtain Gold Nuggets in Don't Starve: Shipwrecked.
They can be refined into Gold Nuggets. It requires a Science Machine to prototype, and costs 3 Dubloons per nugget to craft.
Dubloons are either found in Treasure Chests (includes the Octo Chests of the Yaarctopus) or are left behind by a Parrot Pirate - similar to Seeds that normal birds leave on the ground.
Also players may spend their dubloons at a Slot Machine for a chance on a variety of rewards.
