Dried Jellyfish is the product of drying Dead Jellyfish or Dead Rainbow Jellyfish on a Drying Rack for 1 Day. Other than having double the spoilage time of Cooked Jellyfish, it has extra hunger and sanity advantages from being dried.

Trivia- There exists an item that can spawned with the code "rainbowjellyjerky". It has no name or texture but can be eaten to restore 10 Health, 19 Hunger, and 0 Sanity. It's assumed to be a placeholder for drying a Rainbow Jellyfish until it was set to make Dried Jellyfish. The item also has unique examination quotes:
