Dessicated Tentacle is one of the Gravedigger Items that can be dug from a Grave with a Shovel at a 3.75% chance. Its only use is trading it with Pig King for 8 Gold Nuggets. Not to be confused with Tentacle Spots or Tentacle Spike dropped by Tentacles. Though it is possible that the guy in the grave got it from killing a Tentacle.
