The Cookie Cutter Shell is an Item exclusive to Don't Starve Together, introduced in Return of Them. It is dropped by the Cookie Cutter, which can be found near Salt Formations in the Ocean.
Cookie Cutter Shells are required to craft the Cookie Cutter Cap, and 10 of them are needed to repair the Hermit Home.
They are also required for The Rainy Day Lure, The Snow Day Lure, The Stupefying Lure and The Heavy Weighted Lure.
