The Compost Wrap is a character-specific Item craftable only by Wormwood in the Hamlet DLC and Don't Starve Together. It requires 5 Manure, 2 Rot, and 1 Nitre to craft.

The Compost Wrap is used for Health restoration, healing 30 each after a short animation where Wormwood smears a brown substance over his body and face. Like most healing items, it can be used to heal most Mobs in the game, excluding Chester and most Monsters.

Don't Starve Together

In Don't Starve Together, the Compost Wrap cannot be used by other characters for health. It is flammable and can be used as Fuel. The Compost Wrap can also be used as a very potent fertilizer for farm plots, restoring 32 Compost, 24 Growth Formula, and 24 Manure.

The compost wrap heals 8 instantly plus an additional 32 over 32 seconds. It also allows Wormwood to bloom for 4 minutes. This time of effect stacks.

Trivia

• The animation for applying the Compost Wrap does not change depending on whether it is used on the player character or another Mob.
