“City engineering isn't a real science.”
The City Planning Tab is a crafting category exclusive to Hamlet DLC. Recipes in this tab cannot be prototyped, instead they can only be crafted while standing near the Key to the City or holding it in the Inventory. It is also only accessible when the player is outside. Items and Structures crafted in this tab can be used to build a Pig City.
