The Chiminea is a Don't Starve: Shipwrecked feature. It is a permanent structure that works just like the firepit. It provides light and heat, allows food to be cooked, and doesn't set surrounding objects on fire (unlike the campfire). The Chiminea is essential for the Hurricane Season, since campfires/firepits are extinguished because of the wind. By far, its most useful feature comes from it being raised off the ground. Due to this, it is immune to flooding during Monsoon Season, meaning the fire will not immediately extinguish itself if there is flooding below the Chiminea.

It requires 2 Limestones, 2 Sand and 2 Logs to be crafted. It is available from the beginning of the game.
