The Buoyant Chiminea is a craftable Structure introduced in the Shipwrecked DLC. It is found in the Light Tab and requires 4 Sand, 6 Tar and 6 Limestones to craft. A Buoyant Chiminea works similar to a normal Chiminea, as it is also not affected by Strong Winds or Rain, however, it can only be placed on the Ocean.

One Charcoal will be dropped by a Buoyant Chiminea that has reached at least 3/4 of the way to maximum fuel (or 3 logs) when it goes out.

Trivia

• The Buoyant Chiminea was added to the Shipwrecked DLC more than a year after its official completion in the Home Sea Home update, after being tested in a beta branch for several months.
• The Buoyant Chiminea was originally named the Galley but was renamed before the beta was released.
