Broken Shell is an Item dropped by Slurtles, Snurtles, and Slurtle Mounds, when killed or destroyed. Broken Shells can be used to craft a Potted Fern.
Don't Starve Together[]
In Don't Starve Together, Broken Shells can also be obtained by smashing Shell Bells and Sunken Chests with a Hammer, or by killing Crustashines. Broken Shells are required to craft Shell Beach Turf, the Seed Pack-It and the Shell Bumper.
