The Brambleshade Armor is a character-specific, craftable Armor exclusive to Don't Starve Together, introduced in the From Beyond updates. It can only be crafted by Wormwood with a Brightshade Armor and a Bramble Husk after learning the Lunar Guardian I Skill.

The Brambleshade Armor is only equipable by Wormwood. It has 830 durability and absorbs 80% of physical damage. Whenever a Wormwood wearing the Bramble Husk is attacked by a Mob, 22.6 average damage and 5 Planar Damage is dealt to each Mob within a radius of one tile. This effect is not triggered by taking non-impact damage sources such as Overheating, Freezing, Starving, or Acid Rain.

It also has the added bonus of preventing damage from Spiky Bushes, Cactus, Roses, and Bramble Traps. This means that one can harmlessly harvest Spiky Bushes or stand next to a Bramble Trap when it is triggered and not take any splash damage. Durability of the armor is not decreased when this effect occurs.

When the Brightshade Armor durability is exhausted, it will not break, but instead can no longer be equipped until repaired. Using a Brightshade Repair Kit will restore the durability to 100%.

Bramble Husk Specialist

When Bramble Husk Specialist is unlocked, the Brambleshade Armor deals 22.6 damage and 5 Planar Damage after every third attack, without the need of Wormwood getting hit. This effect does not deal damage to followers and also works while riding a Beefalo.
