So beautiful it's almost worth the effort.

Bramble Blooms are aggressive plants exclusive to the Hamlet DLC.

They spawn around Brambles during Lush Season, and can especially be found in the Rainforest, Deep Rainforest, Gas Rainforest, Plains and Painted biomes. They will not spawn or spread onto most crafted turfs, with the exception of Beard Hair Rug. Due to these turf restrictions, they seem to avoid spawning in Lily Pond, Cultivated and Pig City biomes.

A few days after Lush Season has started, the (invisible and intagible) Bramble Spawners will at random be selected to spawn Brambles. Out of all the Bramble Spawners in the world, seven will be selected once to spawn a Bramble Bloom. When the season becomes Mild Season (or Aporkalypse), all Brambles and Bramble Blooms will despawn within about a day. Only seven Bramble Bulbs can therefor be obtained per Lush Season.

If the player hits a Bramble Bloom in order to destroy it, it will damage the player 3 Health Meter for each hit. Wormwood can avoid this damage by wearing the Bramble Husk. Using Range Weapon can also avoid the damage.

In the end of the Lush Season, Bramble Blooms will slowly begin to disappear over about one day.

Prototype Tips

  • Bramble Blooms and Brambles spawn if the season becomes Lush, and despawn if it becomes anything other. By controlling the Aporkalypse Calendar during Lush Season, seven new Bramble Blooms can be forced to spawn in the world. Triggering the Aporkalypse will have all the current Brambles and Bramble Blooms to be slated for despawning within a day. Ending the Aporkalypse while it was still Lush Season will instantly force new Bramble sites and seven Bramble Blooms to spawn. This allows the player to obtain more than the usual seven Blooms per Lush Season.

Placeholder Trivia
