The Battlegrounds are a Biome in the Hamlet DLC. The biome features scatterings of burnt trees with Charcoal littered on the ground. There are also scorch marks that are reminiscent of Dragonfly's spawn location and the impact marks left by Meteor Showers in Don't Starve Together. Iron Hulks reside in this biome along with a relative abundance of Flowers. This biome has no specific Turf and is instead partly barren and partly covered in Rainforest Turf.

The Battlegrounds only spawn on the first island, very commonly split into two or more with varying distances between eachother.
