The Bath Bomb is a craftable item exclusive to Don't Starve Together, introduced in Return of Them. It can be crafted with 6 Lune Tree Blossoms and 1 Nitre, however, doing so requires the player to be near the Celestial Altar. Some Bath Bomb can be found naturally close to Hot Springs. Bath Bomb perishes in 6 days.

Bath Bombs can be thrown into Hot Springs, which will cause the Hot Spring to emit steam more rapidly. After a Bath Bomb has been tossed into a Hot Spring, Saladmanders will be attracted to it and will turn ripe after being near it for enough time. During a Full Moon, all Hot Springs that have had a Bath Bomb tossed in them will change to have a Moon Glass rock in the center. Mining the Moon Glass rock will drop 5 Moon Shards and rarely a Red Gem or Blue Gem. After being mined, the Hot Spring will return to normal.
